&lt;P&gt;That's not good to hear, and I understand how this must be impacting you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has this always happened, or have you noticed it more recently? Also, does this occur everywhere, or only in specific locations?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please have a look at the &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage?tab=2#tabs-c2d0d12ce8-item-2988999184-tab" target="_self"&gt;Coverage and Network Status checker&lt;/A&gt; with your postcode, as this might highlight any known issues or work that could be impacting you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please also complete a reset of your network settings. This will remove any saved Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings, but may help with network issues.&lt;/P&gt;
