I can't believe there are no Nero reward codes this morning. Is this an error - surely 80000 codes have not been rewarded just today??

My cafe Nero code has not been working for >2 weeks now. It’s Monday and it already says all of the codes have been used. But I checked at midnight and it has already been used?
please would someone be able to help me out with this 😞

Howdy Folks.

I've done a bit of digging and the promotions guys have confirmed that the codes are indeed all gone this week already. I'm sorry about that. I know that must be disappointing to hear, it's a really popular discount offer.

There are still other offers on Three+ to be enjoyed, including the 2 for 1 on sweet treats from Nero as well. I hope you all find something to enjoy.

I noticed that the cafe Nero codes have decreased from 80,000 to 30,000 codes per week. Is this a one off or will this be the new norm? Unfortunately no codes left and it’s only Monday

Hey! On my app it now says the first 30,000 codes. This is WAY down on the usual 80,000 codes...so not sure what's going on this week?

Mine is the same! No codes yesterday, check back this morning and no codes today. I only chose the network based on the voucher codes so if this is going to be a regular issues I'll be looking elsewhere!

What the hell is going on? No Café Nero codes available, have been checking since Monday morning! App says now numbers of codes available has been slashed! No notice given?! I switched to 3 for the 3 + app, what a con! What a disgusting and disgraceful way to treat your customers. I feel you have deliberately conned me and have been sly and underhanded with your tactics, can I cancel my contract without penalty due to your brazenly dishonest actions?

Three what is going on…. For 2 weeks now I have checked either on the Monday/ Tuesday to claim my Nero voucher as I do most weeks but they have all gone! The app is showing only 30,000 vouchers per week now not 80,000 is this correct? If so I think I’ll be leaving three as my only perk from yourselves is having that 1 coffee treat a week!

Hi Three Support Team - Just wondering how come there are no Cafe Nero Coffee vouchers this week?

I checked on Monday 10th February morning 7:00am and also today, nothing, Not sure how all the codes are used this fast.

Please let me know if this is how it will be ongoing. This was one of the main incentives to go with Three network. If this offer won't be available anymore I would rather move to another network.

Hi same as all the other queries this is the second week in a row that no Nero vouchers available ? Has the amount available gone from 80 Thousand to 30 thousand permanently ? Again one the reasons I choose 3 is this discount ?

Firstly, its not free. And secondly, a lot of people who commute into London for work do choose their provider looking at the offers as part of the contract. Yes, other factors like the package deal is important but the prices are usually similar across all mobile network providers.

It was also a major consideration for me choosing to renew my contact otherwise why would they have offers like this, each company has their own versions and each customer has their own priorities. Mine was also this deal with Nero.

that’s extremely poor did u release a lower amount. 3 team please be careful as pricing can get similar or even cheaper elsewhere look at lebara . so don’t reduce these other benefits or risk us jumping ship !

This has just absolutely ruined my week. I really don't expect much from this company, the bar has been on the floor, but alas, three have pushed the limits once again and shown me that there is a level below rock bottom, and it's where I am right now.

They've already been on rocky territory in my eyes after the wheel stunt they pulled in December, but this is just taking it too far, I'm all for a little joke but this is too much.

I received distressed messages from my mother around lunchtime, worrying whether her app was glitching because there were no cafe nero offers, i thought it was a mere glitch too, but alas here i am typing out this comment, a husk of my former self and even worse - nero less
