I purchased a mobile phone with Three sim contract, and then had to return the device within the 14 day return period.

I can see in three account that contract has been cancelled, but it still shows unpaid invoice for the first month payment. The amount has not been deducted from my bank account since I cancelled the direct debit, but the payment is still showing as past due date in my account.

Can you please help to settle the invoice since there should not be any pending payment.

Thanks

Hello there.

Community is a space for Three users to reach out to each other, there isn't anyone here who can access your account. To get help with that, reach out to the Support Team directly, where they can access your details and make sure everything is up to date.
