    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, welcome to the public Three Community forum.&amp;nbsp; Can you explain what you mean by "connection"?&amp;nbsp; Do you mean you want "voice/calls"?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you will need to contact Customer Support.&amp;nbsp; I'm assuming that you have no voice, so your other options are to Live Chat or call the national number which can be found here -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would strongly urge you to get together all the information, as you will need it to talk to customer support, for example how long you been using the plan, the name of the plan, if there is a minium term, payment amounts etc&lt;/P&gt;</description>
