Cafe Nero code not working in store

I ordered the 2 4 1 drinks offer yesterday in store and the code did not work! The Staff said this is a 3 problem! I ended up having to cancel the order as I would not have ordered if not for the discount. It was embarrassing! There is quite often issues with the code- a few weeks ago, there was a technical issue, I had to leave my order again! There are times when I cannot login in store…. This almost feels intentional when codes are oversubscribed and they don’t want customers to redeem anymore!

Always choose a network for it's connectivity not their transient promotions!
Shame you couldn't afford your beverage without a subsidy.

Geluk, oh go away Troll… I said I would not have ordered, if not for the promotion not that I couldn’t afford it… I purchase coffees on most days, the principle is the discount code was not working, if you had a 50% off voucher and decided to go to a store to use it, and the voucher did not work, would you happily just purchase? I think not!!!
