&lt;P&gt;If you had spoken to Three last year and requested to cancel, there would be a record on your account. Please connect with &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us?intid=contact_us" target="_self"&gt;Customer Services&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;for this to be checked.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend using the live chat - you can enter 'Speak to Three team' or something similar a few times, then you'll get an option to chat with an agent.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will then get investigated and you'll be advised whether any refund is due.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;I received an email yesterday to ask if I wanted to upgrade my contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;I spoke to your agent over a year ago and cancelled the contract. You have still been taking £9.58 by direct debit.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;I have cancelled the direct debit after no success in speaking to you,.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Please can you investigate, correct the situation and refund my overpayment?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
