Hi @CME This is a public forum and I am another customer just like you. I believe you think you are having a private conversation with Three staff, but that is not the case.

Again appealing to Three staff, this forum "looks" like it is logging into the Three Customer Account pages and people mistake it as a private chat session, not a public forum.

Please look into this issue.

Were you aiming to access your online account via the Community here? As Clivejo helpfully pointed out, this is a public forum and isn't for signing into Three accounts.

You can access your online account via the Three app or on a web browser here 🙂
