    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My port from Lebara to Three was scheduled for Tuesday 27th and was not successful. Text message goes to the Three Sim but voice calls are still on the Lebara Sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried online chat with Three last night but it was painful and I got nowhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am hoping someone can help direct me to how I can get this fixed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in Advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It sounds like it might be a split port or something like that, although the Labara SIM would normally disconnect if that was the case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It might be worth contacting Labara to confirm if the port out has indeed been processed on their side. If it has not been, and the PAC is still valid, I'd recommend giving the PAC to the Three team again and asking them to process the port in. If it has expired, you should get a new one from Lebara and give that to the Three Team instead.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
