Hi I joined three before 2021 and have AWT as part of my roaming account. I have found today that I have a £45 charge for using it. I am currently in South America Curacao. What is the charge for ?

Thanks for reaching out here.

Curacao comes under Go Roam Around the World Extra, which was introduced in 2024.

This means that you may be charged per MB due to being on an older plan that that doesn't include this additional tier.

If your plan was from before 2021 and hasn't been amended since, the charges may depend on which price plan/guide is applicable to you.

There are a list of price guides from before 2021 available online here.

Is this the first time you've noticed charges for roaming? If so, which other countries have you travelled to?

As we can't access your account here to check your plan and allowances, please have a chat with Customer Services, who will check this to confirm how these charges were accrued.
