You can either go Into a Three shop with ID such as driving licence and passport and get it removed that way or you may be able to remove it via the Three app, or if you cannot do either of those perhaps you don’t have the ID or a credit card you can call 333 and speak to Customer Service services and they can perform a soft credit search on your behalf.
