    <description>&lt;P&gt;You can’t enter the address manually, you have to select it. As my house name is longer than 10 characters the system errors. Unfortunately the house does not have a number either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your system will only allow 10 character for the house name or number. My house name is longer so it is impossible to enter my address. I called your customer services and they too were unable to enter my address. Your database limit is clearly too small. Please let me know what I am supposed to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's likely the Royal Mail has given your house a number. why not just use that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This sounds really frustrating, I'll see what we can find out and if there's a solution. Are you trying to update a billing address for an existing account, or place an order for a new line?&lt;/P&gt;
