&lt;P&gt;Have you had a chance to chat with the &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/home-broadband?intid=hbbsupportnav#getintouch" target="_self"&gt;Home Broadband team&lt;/A&gt; to request this yet?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sometimes if it doesn't arrive automatically, it just needs a little nudge&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It should then arrive the next working day after it's requested again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend using the live chat in the above link - if you enter something like 'Speak with agent' a few times, followed by picking the option 'I want to speak to Three team', you should connect.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to call, twice to get the QR code, it was tedious. Now they have my router returned (confirmed a week ago) they had the audacity to charge me for my broadband this month, although the next months payment shows as £0, do not see why I had to pay for something that ended on the 3rd april.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How did you get on, was it cancelled? Did they charge you extra?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
