&lt;P&gt;That doesn't sound right, and airtime payments shouldn't continue if your account is closed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just to make sure - your number transfer was successful and you've been using the same number with Voxi that you had with Three?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have a device finance agreement that was taken through Three? If so, payments for this would continue to be taken after the number is switched, as they are separate plans.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you don't have a device finance agreement, please chat with &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us?intid=contact_us" target="_self"&gt;Customer Services&lt;/A&gt; for some further checks via the account.&lt;/P&gt;
