Travelling in Asia - local calls, Data not needed.

Hello - wondering if anyone might be able to advise

I'm travelling around Asia for a few months. I have a esim for Data already set up.

Should I need to make a local call whilst in Asia (ie I'm in Thailand and make a call to the local taxi company), would the call work and what would the cost likely be? Is there any add-on?

Hi Pete. I have three contract sim in my phone. The esim is a data only and a set 3month period

£7 daily roaming charge.That doesn't include calls to Thailand: that would be £1.40 a minute extra.
