      <title>Query on Bill number 1**********</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account number is 1******** my last bill was 1********** which showed "other charges" of £72.41 plus Vat. However these were actually early termination charges as we ended the contract slightly early. My auditor has asked me to get an invoice with early termination charges detailed on the bill. Your help in this matter would be very much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you scroll down on your final bill to the itemised breakdown, this will confirm that the amount was for cancellation fees.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It may say 'other charges' on the front page, but more info is available once you scroll down, and this will be more specific on what the amount is due for&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
