Do you mean setting up the phone to allow you to buy apps from the Play Store using your Three account for payments?

Welcome to the Three Community! On Android devices like the z fold 3, you should be able to choose "Three Pay" or "phone bill" as the payment method when making purchases on compatible services like the Play store or Galaxy app store.

Can you tell us a little more about where you were trying to use Three Pay and encountering difficulties?
