&lt;P&gt;That doesn't sound right.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What happens when you try to purchase a Data Pack with your account credit?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you see an error message of some sort?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're signed in and try to purchase a Data Pack &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/pay-as-you-go/payg-data-packs" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;, it may appear as a new SIM purchase in the basket, but it will actually apply correctly to your account SIM.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I'm a new customer to 3 network and since purchasing a pay as you go sim card in January have topped up several times through voucher and card yet every time I do I cannot get any data packs so I'm getting charged their (3)prices for each call /text/and data usage please help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
