&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, it's no longer possible to view complaint updates via self-serve, and this has been flagged due this notification needing to be removed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry for the confusion this has caused.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you'd like an update on your complaint and haven't yet spoken to the complaints team, please connect &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us?intid=contact_us" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;, and the case reference will be checked for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I received an email from &lt;A href="mailto:noreply@mails.three.co.uk" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;noreply@mails.three.co.uk&lt;/A&gt; which said:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;Hi there, it's Three.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;One of our agents has updated your complaint (2503041032xxxx) with some new information. Please take a look as soon as you can.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;To manage your query, just log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;The Three Team&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However when I click log in (when already signed in), it just takes me to the main 'dashboard'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I access the complaint information?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You should be able to view the message left on the complaint however, this seems like the complaint could be closed, or internal notes have been updated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/2PmAIzQ" target="_self"&gt;Customer Service Team&lt;/A&gt; can certainly check what updates have happened, or if you're speaking with the Complaints Team directly through email, they'd be able to confirm this for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
