&lt;P&gt;Sorry for any confusion there, Direct Debits are scheduled when your bill is created, so you're best to allow this to go through automatically if you have an active Direct Debit Instruction. Not to worry though, as long as the next bill hasn't been generated yet speak to &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;customer service&lt;/A&gt; and they can refund either the manual payment or the last Direct Debit.&lt;/P&gt;
