Caffe Nero £1 QR code not working

The weekly £1 coffee at Caffe Nero QR code is not working this week.

The staff in my local Caffe Nero said they have had several customers with the same issue today.

Will this be fixed or will a new QR code be issued?

Have just reloaded the QR code and it states the code "has been used". Tried again and there is a code with an expiry date of 16th April.

Hi @Carnmore3110,

Sorry for the delay getting back to you. I've checked in with the Three+ team and they confirmed there was an issue that has now been resolved. The error message about codes already being used was showing up temporarily whilst this was being fixed, but you should be able to get a valid code now.

Please let us know if you're still running into any issues with this.

I also have this problem, my reward will not let me select another reward , the reward I have is for week ending 16/4.

Code not working in my Nero either and trying to report this to Three via the live chat is exhausting as it automatically times out after you've given all your details. Please help Three
