Not Receiving PAC Code

I have requested a PAC code, I have received a message back asking to submit the request along with my Date of Birth which I have done, but still have not received anything. How long do I need to wait??

You should have received it immediately by return of text. Ensure your requesting message is in the format PAC020345 whereby there are no spaces and your date of birth is in a six digit format. Send the request to 65075.You’ll then get your pac code immediately by return.

Thank You, it was the format, I left a space between the PAC and my DOB, all sorted now
