First question; are you attempting to pair your Apple Watch to an iPhone? If not you’ll not succeed. It’s Apple to Apple and Android to Android.

Hello,

I am trying to setup the smartwatch pairing with my Apple Watch but there is the error "403 Forbidden / Microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2" once the Apple Watch app tries to connect to the Three website for activating the smartwatch pairing plan. I saw that there a few other posts with the same error in this forum where the issue resolved itself after some time. However, this issue persists for me for a week now already. Does anyone have any solution for that?

Thank you

Yes, I have an iPhone and the pairing of the watch to the phone works fine. Once I select "Set up Mobile Service" in the Apple Watch app, I see the error as mentioned above.

Okay well the reason I ask is because when I paired my watch and iPhone just over a year ago the physical pairing of the phone and the watch was done via the watch app but I had to urge customer Service along to activate data sharing between the two devices. Call 333 and I’m sure they’ll be able to sort it out fairly quickly for you, as they did for me.
