    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi first time using this but this issue is taking a bent in my bill and I cant seem to understand what out of allowance is .. and am getting charge for something I have not got a clue what it is .. I have got in touch with 3 but they said they cant do anything as I need to contact whos charged me ... and trying to explain i dont know how to do that as I dont know who it is basically end of conversation&amp;nbsp; and it been a few months were am getting charged between £19- £30 each month now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;From what you’ve said I think this refers to Threepay where you can charge certain online services to your phone bill. Things like game passes or online subscription charges. Somewhere along the line you’ve bought a product or service and authorised it to be charged to your phone number and customer service are correct in saying you need to contact that/those companies to stop them doing so if that is your wish.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
