&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you're having some trouble managing your PAYG account this way. It sounds like either the PAYG account isn't registered or there's an issue with the link between the two accounts. I'd recommend &lt;A href="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/Account-and-services/Mobile-broadband-overrides-phone/m-p/68224#M15364" target="_self"&gt;contacting customer services&lt;/A&gt;, they can check if the email you're using for logging in is definitely linked to the PAYG line you mention.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Mobile broadband overrides phone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the 5g home broadband and also a mobile phone PAYG sim in a Moto G30 phone that I use for satnav in my car. Today the phone ran out of data allowance so I could not use Waze in the car.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to set up the phone for a Data Pack the web app automatically goes to the broadband account.&amp;nbsp; How can I bypass this and access the PAYG sim card account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been through the process but it stalls on loading the Basket page. Closing the app and going back in shows the basket as empty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
