Just checking as I was told in the Three shop that I would get a £250 loaded card for buying the iPhone 13 Pro Max and details would be emailed to me after the first DD was taken!! I’m still waiting?

I believe emails with the vouchers are sent out around 45 days after signing up.

I’m sure one of the mods will be able to confirm if this is the case.

Here's the full terms for that promotion. As Dan says, it'll be with you after 45 days, as long as you have paid the first bill. Keep an eye out for emails from no-reply@giftcloud.com and notification@yourrewardpass.com with instructions on how to redeem your gift card, you should also check your spam/junk inbox just in case. If we've passed the 45 days already then you should contact hello@giftcloud.com next.
