I am receiving multiple texts from 3 about roaming charges. I have had 21 texts in last 24 hours. How do I stop them?

I'm having the same issue - no helpful response from Three. About 70-80 texts in the last 24 hours. Completely unacceptable.

Glad it’s not just me. Now had 44 texts (re roaming charges) in last 24 hours. Totally unacceptable.

I'm sorry to hear you've received lots of notifications in a short space of time. This topic was from almost 2 years ago, and I haven't spotted anyone else posting about this recently though.

Have the messages now stopped? Can you tell me a bit more or share screenshots about what the messages were saying?

I was getting the your 7 go roam pass is active about 13 times on 31st March. I got fed up and blocked 3.

I’m getting same issue, more than 150 messages in the last 3 days. Woke up to 13 this morning

Hello, Fade.

That's not great. Can you go into the reset menu on your phone, and reset the network settings? Once that's done, please turn the phone off for a couple of minutes, then turn it back on and see if you're still receiving messages.

Sorry to hear you've been receiving these duplicate texts. What are the messages advising?

In terms of Roaming not working, if you're receiving the messages this would suggest roaming is active at account level, and you are connecting to a roaming network. Assuming Roaming data is active in your settings, I'd recommend to get in touch, and customer services can check if there's any spend or credit limits on your account.
