&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear of your father in law's passing. Changes of account name aren't possible on My3 but the PAYG team should be able to help with this. If you let them know the account holder is no longer with us, and that you'd prefer to change ownership of the account, rather than close it down, they should be able to help you further.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Name Change on Prepay Mobile Broadband Account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I set up a mobile broadband pay as you go account for my father in law some time ago, who has since unfortunately passed away. If possible, I'd like to amend the name on the account so that I can take it over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On My3 I can see options to amend email and postal addresses but not the account name.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to change it into my name and, if so, how do I go about requesting that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
