&lt;P&gt;It sounds like what you want to do is a change of ownership. To do that, you'll need the account holder to pop through to the team on 333 from a Three phone or&amp;nbsp;0333 338 1001 from any other phone. They will need to request a change of ownership from the team and they will run through the process with them.&lt;/P&gt;
