50120 Code No presales on UK Three Plus App

Hi,

I was waiting for a reward in the Three Plus App this morning fro pre sales tickets at 3 Arena, Dublin. I am a UK customer. I found a code I can send the text "Plus" to and then "Music" to receive codes but says message failed. Is this an Ireland customers only offer?

Pre sales go live when he ticket seller starts selling. So, if the seller says that pre sales start at 10am then that's when 3's offer becomes live.

they have already gone live. No reward in App. Asking if Ireland only reward. Thanks for trying though!

I’m in belfast and also trying to get this presale. It seems to appear on Ireland 3+ but not uk. So I can’t get it either

Sorry for any misunderstanding this may have caused. The 50120 short code relates to the Three Ireland Network's Three Plus service. All pre-sale codes for Three UK customers are supplied from our Three+ app.
