      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought a 3 Sim card in Cork recently but I cannot activate it at all. I have followed the steps provided but for some reason it's not working.&amp;nbsp; All I have received was my phone number but no text of the si card is activated.&amp;nbsp; An I get some assistance please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Three Community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Usually receiving the text message with confirmation of the phone number is the point when the account is activated. If you have that, you should be able to use it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're having issues using the service, can you confirm more specifics as to what's going on when you try to use it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
