Presale Tickets Not in Three+ app?

Hi. Some upcoming presales are not listed in the Three+ app at all.

Please can you let me know what the process is?

I can see info saying that the presale codes become available when presale opens but some are not listed in the first place even though presale is within 24 hours...

Not all presales are exclusive to 3. If it says that they are 3 they may only appear in the 3+ app at the time the presale goes live.

That's right, generally the offer appears on the morning of the presale when it opens. If it's not in the "Top Rewards" tab that the Three+ App initially opens to, try selecting "All rewards" at the bottom of the screen. On this page there's filters at the top, and selecting "Tickets" narrows this down to pre-sales and other event related offers.

You may also be able to find some info about upcoming presales on our Ticketmaster page, but you always need to generate your code on the Three+ App before you can buy.

They haven’t been listed for Irish dates or are they not icluded

Hi @Ossmc1,

Sorry for any confusion. Three UK and Three Ireland both have our own Three+ services. We can only provide offers for UK venues, so UK mainland and Northern Ireland. If you're looking at a pre-sale for a gig in Dublin for example, you'd need to be a Three Ireland customer, and check with them for advice on how to use their Three+.
