I looked at my settings and it's set to always ask but there is an option of never.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;It would help if you allowed your Android device to send Premium SMS, as your phone might have this disabled by default.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;OL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to your phone “Settings.”&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select “Apps.”&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tap the More menu or “3-dot icon” for more options, and select “Special access.”&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select “Use Premium Text Message Services.”&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I cannot text premium numbers ie competition lines. When I text it comes up with a ! inside a orange circle 🟠 and says resend, delete, or edit and it does this every time. I have no spend cap on my account also I can text ordinary numbers. I have contacted customer services on at least three occasions but to no avail!!&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
