I cannot text premium numbers ie competition lines. When I text it comes up with a ! inside a orange circle 🟠 and says resend, delete, or edit and it does this every time. I have no spend cap on my account also I can text ordinary numbers. I have contacted customer services on at least three occasions but to no avail!!

Me too. I've been getting exactly the same issue for the last couple of days, it used to work without a problem:

When I hit the orange circle I get:

Check this. I looked at my settings and it's set to always ask but there is an option of never.

It would help if you allowed your Android device to send Premium SMS, as your phone might have this disabled by default.

Go to your phone “Settings.”
Select “Apps.”
Tap the More menu or “3-dot icon” for more options, and select “Special access.”
Select “Use Premium Text Message Services.”

I've just checked this and it shows always allow

I did this and it has worked however I'm not receiving the usual confirmation reply. Any ideas? Thanks
