Hi @Laguna8,

This sounds really frustrating. So just to check you're using the Huawei App from an Android phone?

I found a couple of suggestions for this have you tried the following:

Force stop the app and restart it.

Clear the app's storage and cache data.

Check for and install any updates to the app and your phone's software.

Uninstall and re-install the app.

Hope one of these suggestions helps,
Jonathan

I recently purchased a 3 4g+ MiFi Router and all seems fine.

The difficulty I have is with the Huawei AI Life app because I just can't seem to get it to work.

It picks up the device no problem at all login all goes fine and then you get the splash screen listing the device and there is a get started button at the bottom of the page.

I press this and the screen goes blank and freezes so I am unable to configure the router.

Is the app just useless or is there another way to get around this problem?
