      <title>Unable to Start a Live Chat and failed device collection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I joined the Home broadband plan 4G plus on 12-06-23. However, due to the unable network and connection, I have to cancel my plan and shift to another service provider.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I contacted Customer Service via "Start a Live Chat" to handle the cancellation and the staff handled it well. However, the device is still not yet being collected.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I then contact &amp;nbsp;Customer Service via "Start a Live Chat" again, the staff promised another collection will be arranged, and yet nothing happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This morning I tried to click the&amp;nbsp;"Start a Live Chat" again, but this time nothing pop up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
