&lt;P&gt;Is this issue still persisting for you? Have you recently changed your number?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd first suggest to try switching the phone off and on again, and also switching Airplane/Flight mode on and off.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that's still not helping, can you give us a little more information?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this issue happening at all times, or intermittently/randomly?&lt;BR /&gt;Are all numbers unable to call you, or just a specific number, or callers from a particular network?&lt;BR /&gt;Can you receive messages and use data okay?&lt;BR /&gt;Check if you have a "Do not Disturb" setting on.&lt;BR /&gt;Does the message disconnect the caller, or go to Voicemail?&lt;BR /&gt;Is this issue only happening in one location, like home or work, or is it wherever you go?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know on the above and that'll hopefully point us in the right direction.&lt;/P&gt;
