How do I know when a 7 or 14 day Go Roam Pass is finished?

It is only valid for the month in which it is bought? Or is it when 7 or 14 days have been used?

(I'm a pay monthly customer)

I have no idea. But have you checked the Three app ? When I buy add-ons on Three PAYG, clicking on the add-on produces a drop down that tells me when it expires.

Hi @drcastone,

There's more info about this in our price guide for Three Your Way plans. The add on activates the 1st day that you have usage abroad, and the 3/7/14 days run from that point. We'll also send you a text to let you know the start and end time of your add on when activated.

When you upgrade or take a new line on Three Your Way you'll also have the option to take a Plus or Premium plan which has a bundle of daily Go Roam passes that can be used over the course of the contract term, rather than all in one go.
