    <description>&lt;P&gt;Switching from GiffGaff to Three, first of all, the SMS with my number doesn't come through when I put the SIM in, and I have to speak through live chat, then I go to create my account and it won't send me the verification code! What a way to welcome a new user!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I dial 333, hoping to speak to a human and there's literally no option to! All I can do is make a complaint! This is a great start, only switching to have a stable signal in the Scottish Highlands, where O2 can't quite get it. I'm thinking I should have switched to EE at this rate...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whatever is going on with SMS, it's not great. Back to online chat again. If only there was a human to speak too...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
