The live chat feature is not working and I need to contact a service advisor as I am unable to go to a store or call.

I need to follow up on a query.

This is a member's forum, with no access to a/c details; you need to call 333, visit a "3" shop, or for CHAT use a different browser/ turn off any pop up blocker apps.
