    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, I've just ordered a new phone online for collection from my local three store. I've ordered the phone but have to pay an early upgrade fee. Last time I upgraded I was able to add the fee to my phone bill although my order was in store that time. My question is, when I go to pick up my phone tomorrow, will I have to pay the fee before I get the phone or will they add it to my bill like last time? (I should point out, that at no point during the upgrade process, was I asked to pay the fee before completing the order)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Since you've placed your order online, the order process is completed online. If you didn't pay for the upgrade fee up front, it'll be added onto the phone bill. All you'll need to do at the store is collect the order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
