On the three app,,, go to my account ; addons; data

On the list of addons appears this “4gb cpp chs” addon ;

Hi @Keved,

Sorry for the jargon, I believe that's Contract HandSet Change Price Plan. That looks like a pack that we normally apply when a Change of Priceplan is going through, to add a little extra data when waiting for the new bill cycle to start and add the extra data.

Have you requested to change your data plan, or are you waiting on an upgrade completing at the moment?

I was just looking for a one-off data addon to my monthly sim only plan .

all sorted now (went with a 6gb for £10)
