    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;bought new pay as you go sim 31st of July and the expiry date is 30th of August. I’ve been travelling around Europe and everything was fine until I arrived to Madrid last night and I can’t use my data anymore. I have 50GB data which I used less than half of it. I haven’t changed my phone settings and roaming is on. Contacting 3 is absolutely a nightmare as it’s going nowhere and live chat is not working. I am a foreigner here and need to have mobile data to navigate and find my way. I’m extremely disappointed at 3 services and need some help to be able to use the data I have left on my account. Has anyone had the same problem? Can someone help me please so I can have my phone data problem fixed?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe that there is a fair usage limit of 12gb per month. You may have exceeded this but I don't know how you can get around this other than buy an addon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
