Hey @Abdulazeez

Thanks for getting in touch.

It sounds like when the cancellation request went through there was potentially an invoice already generated. What will happen is that within 38 days of the service being cancelled a final invoice will be issued in the post, and the credit from payment made will be refunded to your bank within 14 days of receiving the final bill.

For the SIM only that you retained, there will also be a slightly higher payment on the first invoice, due to pro-rata billing. This is completely normal and takes into account the initial days the SIM is active until your billing period begins.

Thanks

I was billed £24.40

I got a sim and a mi-fi contract last month both at £11 per week contract. I cancelled d contract and returned the mi-fi broadband within 6 days of receipt and stuck with only the same contract.

Why was £24.40 debited from my account?

Please I need this resolved now as I was told there was going to be no HIDDEN CHARGES for my sim contract
