I have tried to turn my voicemail off but what ever I try does not turn my voicemail off please tell me how do I turn my voicemail off

For some reason the only way to turn voicemail on or off is to call or chat to customer services on 333.

You need to call 333 as only customer services can disable or re enable voice mail.

If you are on New Pay as you go, you can switch it on and off within the Three app, it's there very hard to find. This option is not available to pay monthly users. It baffles me as to why the Three app for Pay Monthly users is lacking in so many features yet you can no longer speak to someone on the phone unless you select leaving Three
