      <title>Contract Not Cancelled</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have several contracts with Three and spend around £200.00 per month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One contract was due to end on the 6th of September 2023 and I received an email on the 16 August advising me of the available options. As this was for a line and device no longer in use I called Customer Service to cancel the contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke with a helpful person who following our conversation said he had cancelled this plan with 30 days notice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today, I received an email advising me this months bill is ready. I contacted Customer Support only to be told I would have to give 30 days notice if I want to cancel. Having already done this I don't wish to do this again especially if in the end the contract does not get cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would be grateful if a member of staff could contact me regarding this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
