Hey guys I’ve lost my pay as you go SIM card but I really need to get back that number is there any way I can do this without the PAC code?

If it was more than 180 days since last use then consider it lost.

Hi @santanastorm,

If you've registered the PAYG account to your name and address customer services should be able to help replace this, or failing that if you pop into a Three store with photo ID then they may be able to replace this for you.

If the account wasn't registered in your details then there's no guarantee the number can be recovered though, so it's dependent on whether you'd registered first.
