    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there, I know there's been some issues with the enhanced trade-in values.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firstly, when Three says serial number they actually mean the IMEI1 of the device rather than what the box actually labels the Serial No.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work then I'd say pop into your nearest 3 store for help with trade-in as there's processes in place for this exact issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I upgraded my phone to the new IPhone and the offer was to trade in your iPhone and get an extra £180. When your new phone comes use the serial number as the promo code. This does not work. Anyone else having this problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
