I cannot edit account details in the new style account pages

When I log in to my newly registered accoount the only editable field in the phone number. Which is kinda funny as you wont actually let us mange multiple numbers under one account...

I want to change my email address associated with my phone number.

On my account page I get this: "To change your registered email address, or address details, please get in touch. We'll run through some quick security questions and update your info."

I suspect that this is an anti-fraud process.
