      <title>No eSIM email and cannot activate even manually???</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can receive verification emails but NOT the ones for eSIM. I just decided to switch to eSIM today after getting the iPhone 15 pro max. Request and there is no email. Contacted online live chat and they tried sending for four time and also to a different email address, but NO email received. so they tried to give me the details to activate manually. BUT after 45 mins it was still stuck on activating and then said failed to activate. This is ridiculous as I have no data, signal now as the previous physical sim has been deactivated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help… I need my phone for work ffs…&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you have an e-sim on older phone? If so, delete the plan first then you get it. I had a terrible experience with three exact same issue not getting emails. I hope this helps if thats your case!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did the suggestion from&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9746"&gt;@Butterfly&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;work for you? The thread linked by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/6694"&gt;@Avondale&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;has a bit more detail on this.
