      <title>What are Three up to?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm on a 30 day rolling contract and I gave Three notice on the 2nd October, so the contract will end in the 2nd November.&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a returns bag, so I'm all set. However, Three sent me the following email today. Do they know what they're doing?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for getting in touch about returning your device under our returns policy.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"It's been 14 days and we still haven't received your device. If we don't receive it soon, we'll close your returns request and any agreements related to this device will continue"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be an automated email that the system sends out but I would contact CS to make sure you can return the device after the contract is ended.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck..&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":astonished_face:"&gt;😲&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
