Auto renew add on?

I swapped to PAYG over a year ago and find it frustrating to have to buy an add on every 30 days, sometimes I go through the process and pay but the payment fails and I have to start again.

I have tried to buy an auto renew data pack but I can only seem to do so as a new customer as it wants to give me a new number.

I've gone through all the settings in my account app and there is nothing about auto renew?

Any idea how to set this up?

I've just spoken to three support. They say old PAYG accounts do not yet have this option, but they intend to port all three PAYG accounts to the new system by the end of the year and then the option will be available.
